Mackenzie Clinic offers integrated assessments of cardiac and respiratory abnormalities aligned with Ontario's health policy goals of integrating services, facilitating access to care, and minimizing referrals. We will complete a detailed in-person assessment and ongoing follow-up where appropriate to diagnose and treat both common and rare conditions. Our goal is seamless care with minimum gaps and full involvement of family physicians.
